We currently ship to countries within Europe only, from our base in the Netherlands. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We use DHL and PostNL to deliver all orders.

Domestic shipping (Netherlands): 1–2 business days

Other European countries: 3–6 business days

We do not offer expedited shipping, local delivery, or local pickup at this time.
SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is available for orders over €40.

Orders under €40 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not pre-pay or cover customs charges and are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
ORDER ISSUES

All orders include tracking numbers.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO).

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We take responsibility for resolving such issues.

Some items may be fragile; we package them with care to ensure they arrive safely.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday).
