Where do you ship?
We currently ship to European countries only, directly from the Netherlands.
How long does shipping take?

- Other European countries: 3–6 business days

What are your processing times?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers: DHL and PostNL.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over €40 qualify for free shipping within Europe.
Do you ship internationally outside Europe?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within Europe.
Do you offer express shipping, local delivery, or local pickup?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping, local delivery, or pickup at this time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not pre-pay or cover these costs.
